Estonian energy group acquires in Latvia

Aqua Marina, the holding company for brands including Olerex, has acquired 45 Latvijas Nafta gas stations in Latvia from East-West Transit.

This is the fourth Latvian gas station chain that Aqua Marina has acquired in the past two years, previous acquisitions being the KOOL Latvija (35 stations), Gotika Auto and Metro stations.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Latvian Competition Authority.

Olerex operates approx. 100 service stations in Estonia and 5 in Lithuania, and has additional interests in terminals.
